We signed paperwork to start a 30 day escrow today. Holy cow!
I won't say where it is, but I will give you the basics. It's a single story house built in 1976. 4 bedroom and 2 bath. The kitchen is fairly smallish but just about anything is bigger than what we have now. It's on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a pool in the back yard plus citrus trees of all kinds.
